Each batch is inspected by us prior to engraving and dispatch to ensure they meet our safety and quality standards. We recommend them for children aged 5 years and up.

Is the bottle leak-proof?

Our bottles are designed to be highly leak-resistant. The locking button and silicone-tipped straw help minimise spills when closed properly. We always recommend ensuring the lid is fully clicked shut before placing it into bags.

How long do drinks stay hot or cold?

Thanks to the double-wall insulation, drinks stay cold for several hours. We recommend using these bottles for cold beverages only, as the straw-style lid is not designed for very hot liquids.

Can I put the bottle in the dishwasher?

Yes — the stainless steel bottle is dishwasher safe. We suggest hand-washing the lid and straw to keep the silicone seals and locking button working their best.

Can I add custom engraving?

Do you offer replacement lids?

Absolutely — kids lose things! We stock replacement lids so your bottle can keep going, even if the original lid goes missing or gets damaged.

We recommend our 600ml kids bottle for ages 5 and above. It’s designed to be easy to carry, drink from, and use throughout busy school or activity days.

Can I use the bottle for hot drinks?

We do not recommend using very hot liquids in bottles with straw-style lids. Hot drinks can create pressure inside the bottle and may cause burns. These bottles are best suited for cold or room-temperature beverages.

How do I clean the lid and straw?

Disassemble the lid and straw and wash all parts in warm, soapy water. A small straw-cleaning brush works best for narrow sections. Ensure all pieces are fully dry before reassembling.

How long does engraving take?

Engraved orders are completed within 1–2 business days.

How often should I replace the straw or silicone parts?

Silicone components naturally wear over time. For best hygiene and performance, we recommend replacing them every 6–12 months, or sooner if you notice cracks, stretching, or buildup.

What if the engraving gets dirty or looks dull?

Laser engraving is permanent and won’t wash off, but it may collect residue over time.
You can refresh it easily using:
